Ziger|Snead Architects has earned the Just 3.0 Label from the International Living Future Institute, recognizing our ongoing commitment to equity, transparency, and accountability in practice. The Just Label is a voluntary disclosure tool for participants to showcase their firm's equity, diversity, employee well-being, community engagement, and support for social justice. It makes organizational policies and practices visible, creating a clear baseline for accountability.

For Ziger|Snead Architects, this work is aligned with how the practice operates. Pursuing the label required a comprehensive review of internal policies and metrics, formalizing areas of strength while identifying where improvement is needed. The result is a more defined framework for measuring progress over time. This effort also connects directly to ongoing initiatives within the firm. Programs like the BIPOC Student Fellowship extend this work beyond internal policy, supporting access to the profession and linking practice with broader impact. Earning a Just 3.0 Label marks a point in that process. It establishes where the firm stands today and sets a structure for continued progress.
