Her experience spans large institutional buildings to smaller interventions, each grounded in a thoughtful understanding of user needs, context, and the balance between permanence and change. She plays a key role in mentoring staff and fostering communication across project teams, ensuring that conceptual intent remains integral from early design through construction administration. With deep technical knowledge and a commitment to process, Miharu strengthens both the quality of the work and the culture of the practice.
