Kelly is a mission driven architect who leads projects from concept through construction with precision and purpose. Her commitment to social impact is evident in her leadership with the Neighborhood Design Center and AIA Baltimore, and at Z|S where she brings strong technical design expertise and a focus on community-centered outcomes to each project, ensuring social, environmental, and economic goals are met. Rooted in Baltimore, Kelly’s work reflects a deep investment in the city’s built environment, from public institutions to the restoration of her own vacant rowhouse, and through her personal research project, Vacants to Value 2.0: Alternative Methods to Address Hypervacancy in Baltimore, for which she received the GSAPP Incubator Prize in 2024.
