Katelin leads with a clear sense of purpose, care, and conviction. As Managing Partner, she shapes the strategic and operational direction of the practice while fostering an intentional culture of transparency, trust, and collaboration. She facilitates early project positioning, feasibility studies, and visioning for many of the studio's complex and adaptive reuse projects. Her leadership is grounded in honesty and an belief that aligning people, practice, and purpose strengthens both the work and the communities it serves. With experience across business management, project development, and client engagement, Katelin brings clarity, openness, and an unwavering commitment to elevating the impact of design.
