This is a great product by the Molo design outfit from Vancouver, Canada. Softwall is a textile-based wall system that uses a special honeycomb pattern of fabric to expand from the thickness of "a book" (as claimed on their Web site) to an ultimate length of 16'! The walls are available in a number of heights and lengths as well as two materials: translucent white and opaque black.
I must commend these designers on their minimal use of material to create a spatial division.
